With our booth in Town Square, we were able to reach out to parents, new admitted student, and even current students and staff members at UC San Diego. Triton Day was such a special day where departments, organizations, and clubs all come together and celebrate the newly admitted students and their upcoming school years. We were honored to show our UCSD community and future students of how proud we were about our department!
Even after our stride and outreaching for five hours, a few of us stayed to cool down and attend a special UCSD Alum session with actor, Robert Buckley! The Lipstick Jungle and One Tree Hill star shared his experience at our university as a Economics major, and we got to enjoy his quirky humor and charms. :)
